Sonnet 116 by William Shakespeare: (The best sonnet in the world. In Sense and Sensibility, "I do believe it is tempests..." love that movie)
Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love,
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove.
Oh, no! it is an ever-fixed mark
That looks on tempests.. and is never shaken.
It is the star to every wandering bark
Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken.
Love is not Time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
Within his bending sickle's compass come.
Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
But bears it out.. even to the edge of doom.
If this be error and upon me proved,
I never writ, nor no man ever loved.

Sonnet 1 by Me (don't make fun of it please, it's my first sonnet)
Life sometimes makes me feel terribly down.
I come to believe no one cares at all,
And that the world is making me its clown.
Life and I are involved in quite a brawl.
Though Life tries to destroy me there is hope,
Yes, hope for a better, happier life.
With friends, family, and God I can cope,
It matters not what I face, nor what strife.
I have God on my side, and those most dear,
To help bail me out in times of trouble.
To help me with the problems I face here.
If I call, they help me on the double.
Life often brings me down from time to time,
But I know I can count on those sublime.
